Bolivia will soon have a law called "law of mother earth" in which all of nature is givern equal rights to humans... All I can say to this is that somebody really dropped the ball on this one. Will your pet iguana now be recieving a welfare check? He has the right to a healthy living too. Actually, since this new law makes animals equal to humans no one in Bolivia should be allowed to eat meat it would be a federal crime on par with murder. Actually, corn and squash are part of nature too.
God help people of bolivia if this law is actually enforced... anyone who fights off salmonella could be tried for murder and
